Pigeon, together with the Landowners, is bringing forward plans for the construction of new junctions, an extension to Tresco Way, a reserved primary and pre-school site, and construction of up to 302 dwellings including provision of pedestrian and cycle active travel connections, open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage and associated infrastructure.

The purpose of this website is to provide information about the proposed scheme. We are inviting local residents and stakeholders to comment on how the scheme should be shaped, via the website, as the planning process progresses.
